PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

- Pre press garment for 10 seconds to iron and remove moisture. 

- Place you design on your garment in the required place and cover with a teflon sheet.

- Press your design at 170 celcius for 15-20 seconds, then remove the top film gently once cooled (if removing while still hot you may damage the design)

- Again place a Teflon sheet over the top and press for another 10 seconds.
